Blessings upon Blessings

I received 2 packages this week, one from each of yarn exchanges that I am participating in. Both are very beautiful and I am thankful to have recieved them.

The first was from the spin me a treasure exchange. A beautifully spun blue skein of wool. I have been thinking about what I want to make with it. It is so incredibally soft I think it should be something close to the skin. I have been playing around with the mobius a lot lately so I think I will probably make the mobius cowel from Knitty Gritty. Thank you, thank you secret pal. I'm glad you are feeling better and I wish you continued health.

The second was from the spin to knit exchange. It was a spindle spun skein in the most amazing color. The photo doesn't do it justice. It reminds me of an uncut garnet. My pal also included some wonderful chocholate, hot cocoa, soup mix (which I am going to make tomorrow night), and a nice post card. I have not had this yarn long enough to figure what I want to make from it yet, but whatever it is, it will be for me. Thank you, secret pal for this beautiful gift.
